I've just finished reading the Sweet Poison Quit Plan by David Gillespie and I'm going to try to go sugar free.
Step 1 will be to go through the cupboard and set aside (but not dump yet) anything with sugar in it (or at least more than 3% sugar)
Does anyone want to join me? How about it I make it a 30-day challenge? Does that make it more fun??
