I surprised hubby last year with a new car. I even had a bow on it waiting for him when he got home from work.
When he graduates next year I am going to surprise him with a Harley but I think he already suspects this one.
He doesn't surprise me with anything but he allows me to buy whatever I like so I think he deserves to be spoilt

I cleaned the house top to bottom yesterday. He was genuinely thrilled. Lol.

I buy him the cream filled jam donut things from Woolies, cookies and cream ice cream and caramello buttons.

I also carried his baby, do his washing, pay his phone bill, feed him, etc...

I do lots of little things but probably the best one was for DH's birthday last year. I surprised him by taking him to a 5star hotel for the weekend. I had the car packed, everything booked and he had no idea until we turned into the hotel car park. He thought we were going to my sisters for her birthday and he was complaining the whole way!! He apologised for the whole weekend for the fight he started over it on the way there!!

I try and treat my husband's parents as well as I can. My in laws are fantastic and treat me so well. My husband is simple he likes his motor bikes and thats what he spends his money on. He never questions where his pay goes weekly ss I take care of finances and pay bills. We have our ups and downs and I know he appreciates everything. He's just not a man that expresses himself easily.

He doesn't even question if we are down to $50 for whatever reason. Some men wouldn't be very happy about that!

I let DP go fishing and hunting when ever he wants. I very very rarely say no so it can be quite often. He might think its the norm ( even though he really appreciates it) but his mates think I am pretty awesome!
