After 7 unsuccessful transfers with top quality hatching blasts, my FS put me on the Pred with Clexane and our second transfer we got our long time coming BFP sometimes it takes a few transfers for the steroids to properly suppress your immune system was the explanation l was given, as i have NK cells. best of luck to you

I was on prednisolene (along with numerous other meds) for my FET cycle last year. The result of that cycle is my nearly 6 month old baby boy.

    Best of luck to you.

you can see from my signature our series of attempts TTC#3. Every single embie was grade 1. The one and only BFP I achieved in a total of nearly 2 years trying was after starting on prednisolone (together with clexane). Earlier transfers I had been on clexane only, which did not result in success. I'm now 15.5 weeks along and all looks well. While we'll never know what made the difference, you'd have to think that prednisolone was part of it. The immediately prior transfer was the first one where we'd tried pred and it didn't work, so perhaps it made the difference with the drug having been in my system for longer.

Good luck - I hope it makes the difference for you.

Hi 2gemini - I've added some links to previous threads in regards to prednisolone. Hopefully they will be of help to you and others

I'm another success story after being on prednisolone too.

6 years - I was on 30mg but the norm is around 15-20mg. Only 2 FS that I know of will prescribe 30mg and they do it rarely
