    Basil can go in everything IMO. DD loves eating the leaves just on their own.

    I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of corriander. I don't mind the taste, but the smell is just amazing. I sniff at it whenever I buy it... I sneak into the fridge just for that. lol.

    I also overkill it with garlic. If hte recipes says "2 cloves," I read it as "as many bloody cloves and you can be bothered using!" lol.

    Coriander is hands down my favourite herb.

    Closely followed by kaffir lime - though not sure that's a herb lol.
