Rachael - good idea to keep doing things to limit the overthinking.

Hi Amyan are you doing a FET d3 or blast transfer? I agree it would be better to have a BFN then to MC.

    Bronte has anything new happened?

    Amabel, hope you are well.

AFM its d7p3dt, not feeling still, not going to test till I need to because at least till then there is always hope .

Just found out from mum (thanks mum!) that my cousin is pregnant again. She started trying about 10 months after us with her first and now she is with her second. She is also much older than me. I feel even more terrible. Couldn't wait for mum to leave my house so I could deal with it...she doesn't know we are going through IVF. Just want to shut out the world!!

    Sorry again for the rant

Kenta you are a day ahead of me. I read so many posts about girls not feeling anything during the 2ww and still with a BFP...doubt it will happen to me but there is hope for you.

Amabel, fx for you...much prefer FETs, hope this one is a sticky!!

Bronte, thinking of you...nothing is confirmed until BT.

Rachel I also know a number of friends and work colleagues who are already on their 2nd child or have just delivered in the last year even though they started trying after us. It seems to happen so easily for some and harder for those who can't have one. Best to be happy for them. I guess I just try to be positive and be grateful for the other things in my life, like my DH and my health.

Be kind to yourselves and stay happy

Thanks Kenta, the hardest part is the initial shock. My DH is wonderful and cheers me up, I do try and look at the positives sometimes it just takes a while.

Enjoy the the weekend, we have pretty much hit the half way mark.

Have a great weekend everyone. Awake early again today. Breasts feel a bit sore but otherwise feel well on d8pt now...have not seen or felt any signs of implantation... 2ww does not get easier. Anyway off to work today and aiming to stay positive.

Good news about the breasts I have only felt what sore breasts are like before EPU last cycle (probably why still haven't had a BFP). Do you normally get sore breasts with AF?

I'm starting to feel a numbing feeling on my left which happens days before AF is due. We will POAS tomorrow so DH and I can be together. Think it will be harder for us to deal with if we put ourselves through another week. If it's a BFN I will test again on Tuesday. It wouldn't be as hard to accept but hearing my cousin now pregnant has made this harder (really bad timing). It will be 6dp5dt, I googled results showed at 5dpt, some at 6dpt and at 7dpt...some later.

    Good morning ladies.
DH & I had an ivf free day yesterday. Breakfast out, then movie & takeaway last night. Followws by snuggle time! Something I think I forget during this whole crappy process!
Well think I am oficially out...blood on crinome applicator this morn(sorry tmi).
Reality check yet again...its not like I wasnt expecting it though. I am going to try & get fit and lose a few kgs over next 2 months. Also going to ask to be vit d, zinc and nk cell tested. Something in my lining that isnt quite right im sure! Listen to me...expert...lol!
Rachael & kenta have everything crossed for u! There has to be some positives in this threaf I hope it is you guys! Cant wait to read about ur bfps!
Welcome to the new ladies...best of luck to u too!
AFM....hoping to try again aug or sept. Depending on what fs says on monday. Love & baby dust to u all

Rachael I normally get sore breast with my cycle in the week before AF so not a reliable sign. Good luck for tomorrow's test.
Bronte an ivf free day sounds a great idea. I've also decided to lose this extra ivf weight and get back my fitness if this doesn't work as feel ive gained weight doing ivf and clothes are tight now. Thanks for the your kind wishes and support I hope someone gets a positive Good luck with your search for answers. My FS doesn't do any tests so will have to think hard about the next step if this doesn't work.

Sounds like you had a nice day Bronte. Sorry to hear about AF, that witch never stays away! Great that you are planning the next cycle.

Kenta, not long now. I might buckle tomorrow so we'll see...either way will let you know.

Hi to everyone else, hope your 2ww isn't so tortuous.

We have planned the next cycle it's the only way to stay sain, and will try a freeze-all. It will be hard to wait but there has been a lot of talk about it. I don't think the stims do anything good to our embryo's. Also I have booked to see an immunologist specialist to check for NK Cells. He is an expert read a lot about him. This dr is in Sydney but has worked with ladies interstate. I'd rather get it done through a specialist, I don't think my FS is an expert in the field. Hopefully do the test before transfer. The appointment is in 4 weeks.
