    Hi rachael,
I completely understand where you are coming from. I too have feelings of guilt
that its my fault we cant get pregnant...afterall good quality embryos are going in,
But they dont want to stay in me. Its not rational but how else are we supposed to think. Lije you i havent been wrong yet & i know there is a bfn waiting for me on monday.
It is so hard to stay hopeful & positive, but try and hang in there it is not over for you by a long way just yet. Look after yourself, but more importantly be kind to yourself. Its a tough journey without beating ourselves up every 5 mins! Unfortunately we have no control over It
And we all know that mother nature is not very nice sometimes. Take care, go shopping & do something nice for you x

    Am ok Rachael.
Vile headaches this week & constant AF type niggles.
Headaches are a dead give away for AF on her way...along with
the massive zit on my chin! Cycle number 6 been & gone i think!
Guess dh & i will have to have a chat about whats next for us.
Will have to consult further with fs aswell. He did mention donar eggs at one point but am not very keen to go down that path. Oh well only 4 more sleeps til i know for sure

Oh no it's a horrible journey even when you hear it from someone else. Hope what your feeling are signs of a positive instead!

Are you trying for your first or do you have a child together? Understand about donor eggs, that means the child won't have your DNA right? Maybe it's not the egg quality, I'm convinced there is something wrong with my lining or whatever holds the embryo. I have transferred 4 blasts since starting IVF.

I'm lying on the couch with knees up and feel a little twinge on my bottom left (sort of a sucking in feeling) unless I'm imaging it, but when I stand it goes. This is driving me crazy think I'm going to POAS early this time since I feel it's a BFN anyway.

Keep us updated you are both really nice ladies and thanks for your support.

So sorry Bronte Are you sure it's not too early to POAS? They say around 9dpt on a 5 day so a little more on a 3 day? Don't worry i'll be right behind you...wish I can POAS now just want to get this over and done with.

After your BT speak to your FS and see what options there are, hopefully you don't have to go down the donor egg route if you are producing your own eggs. Hope work is a good distraction for you.

Rachael it’s unbelievably hard as none of us have any control over this IVF. I think a lot of it still seems to happen by chance. Sorry you are having such a hard time today. I also think about when are we going to stop but like you want our own DNA as selfish as it sounds and I’m less into the idea of adoption although DH brought up the other day that it might be easier than doing IVF which surprised me but I am less enthused with the idea of adopting. We both don’t have any children of our own.

Bronte, it’s easy to blame ourselves but at least we have tried. I had a friend who never succeeded with IVF and gave up but she felt that at least they tried and it wasn’t through lack of trying. It’s not easy any of this and remember it’s not our fault. Have you tried different types of cycles? We have been doing antagonist cycles (used elonva this time which was nice as only needed to inject once for 7dys).

Bronte I have heard of people testing neg on home pregnancy test and getting a positive on the blood test.

Thanks Amabel for the luck . How are you going?

I worked all day today, which meant time went by without me obsessing about all this IVF stuff as much although it was still in my mind…just couldn’t go googling and reading bubhub all day. d6p3dt today and still not feeling anything much. Been eating pineapple cores daily.

Best of luck and keep happy (although DH seems to be a bit moody tonight - must be stressful for him too all this).

Thanks Amabel you are sweet. My DH calls me up to ask "are you feeling anything yet" then continues on to say "it's too early anyway"...which I don't believe.

Kenta hope your at work again to keep your mind off it. I'm heading out to the shops, can't spend another day stressed at home.

the may june thread seems to have died a little, i might migrate over here

had a FET on june 30th. currently not going crazy somehow in the 2ww. havent even bought a HPT yet..... for a smooth sail through this time. trying not to get my hopes up. i actually think id rather a BFN than the BFP turned MC i had earlier this year.
