    Default Hug a bubs

    Hi Ladies

Wondering if anyone can help me. With DS1 I had a Baby Bjorn carrier, which was great, but meant I still had to support him when bending down etc.

I'm looking at getting a hug a bub this time around and have been looking at second hand ones on ebay.

My question - what is the difference between the ones with pockets and the pocketless ones (obviously other than the pocket). Is the one with the pocket more supportive or does it really not matter?

Are there other alternatives I should be looking at?

    Thanks in advance.

I had one with DS2. He loved it and it was super supportive (I use the ergo more now that he's bigger but adored the hug a bub). Pocket doesn't matter from what I've researched. Apparently it does add some extra support, but very very minimal. I just got the pocketless version, was cheaper and less hot in summer

Thanks CluckySC - that's what I was thinking, just thought I'd better double check. I'm glad you found yours useful. I think it will be good to be able to go handsfree with the new bubba so I have 2 hands to wrangle me almost 3 year old around

I got a sleepy wrap from nursing angel (online). Much cheaper and pretty much a very similar product.
