Depo shot

I had my second shot a few weeks ago and I am really hating it, I feel moody (more so) and crampy and yuck, plus I didn't really want it but did it as felt pressured by a few people.
But now we are looking at trying again and I feel really sad as I was told it can take a while for that to happen.
Does anyone have any positive and reassuring pregnancy after depo stories to share ta

I had a depo shot after i stopped BF my first baby. After it had been given the nurse said - oh I suppose you know it can take over 12 months to get out of your system - I hit the roof - I hadn't known and only wanted a short term contraception. Luckily I was pregnant within 6 months.

I had depo for 2 years, and missed it in the July, was pregnant by october. Had it again after DD1 was born, missed it again in July and was pregnant by the October.

I fell pregnant a couple of weeks after it would have worn off and have had 4 more since then! I hate it though, will never take it or any other hormonal contraceptive again.
