I know a girl who didn't know she was pregnant until she went to the dr complaining that her stomach was getting hard.
The dr referred her straight for a scan and there was a full term baby.
She does have other kids but she's a huge mumma.

I didn't know until I was 12 weeks with DS. I was on the pill and still getting my period when I should. Didn't have any symptoms other than my period was lighter and would go brown, red, brown. Sorry tmi. I was 19 and used to very regular periods so went to the doctor to ask what was going on. She got me to do a pregnancy test and sent me for a scan. Couldn't believe I was 12.5 weeks! A lot of people didn't know until I was 6 months though by then I could feel movement and could see my belly getting hard so even if I hadn't gone to the doctor at 12 weeks I would have when I felt movement.
