    I was 10 when my younger brother was born. I changed his nappies voluntarily by choice. Then started being paid to do it by my mum's friends who saw how good I was with kids. I've been paid to change nappies for more than half my life now.

    And no, I wouldn't have done it if I didn't want to, and it wouldn't have been expected of me either.
