    Default vitamins during pregnancy

    what do you use? how often? how much? how do you see it affecting your body?

    i use blackmores gold pregnancy+, iv noticed that it seems to be making me go to the loo less (which is good for me lol) i take 1 tab a day.
    do you guys think this is ok? im 5+4weeks.

    I have been using Blackmores too, i also take a calcium + Vit D supplement. I've backed off the multivitamins though, they trigger my morning sickness for some reason, even when i take them on a full stomach. I started on 2 per day (as the bottle says) and went down to one per day when i noticed it was a trigger. I think they are fine if they agree with you.

    I've been on elevit since falling preg and since 28 weeks have been on iron tabs too.
