    weight can fluxuate by a kilo or so.daily so I would just focus on continuing your best and see how it goes from there

    Can I join? I had my bub 2 weeks ago and was very fit pre bub but not so much now..

    Im starting a clean eating 30 day challenge ive made up with my gf who also just had a baby and we're starting tomorow.

    I weigh 60.3 kg atm but would like to get back down to 53.5 pre preg weight (and gain back all the.muscle ive lost)

    Im going to start with walking my Ds1 into and home from school with my other two in the double pram and doing 30 mins of light cardio exercises daily.. when I get the all clear from doc Ill add in tabata training and weights again.

    Sounds great to have and give other mums support

    Bunkx you and I are now the same weight, I also didn't lose this week so I am going to put more effort in this week as for reaching our goals we will sooner or later, doesn't matter when as long as we keep trying!

    first weigh in: 60.3kg
    walked Ds1 into school, the rest of the day is cleaning running round after toddler and bub walking back to pick up ds1 and hopefully 30 mins of cardio on the wii crammed in somewhere!

    Im trying to lose at least 10kg in 3 months as we will be ttc #2 then. Im currently 81.5kg. Im doing clean eating but not just for 12 weeks. Im looking at it being a lifestyle change and stay healthy through my next pregnancy and beyond. Im trying to walk each day but its raining all week in Adelaide. I have a good workout DVD i can do. All the best ladies. X

    Well despite all of the stressful things going on, I lost and I am now 74 kilos!

    Definately going to try and get on top of the stress and not let it get me down!
