weight can fluxuate by a kilo or so.daily so I would just focus on continuing your best and see how it goes from there

Im starting a clean eating 30 day challenge ive made up with my gf who also just had a baby and we're starting tomorow.
I weigh 60.3 kg atm but would like to get back down to 53.5 pre preg weight (and gain back all the.muscle ive lost)
Im going to start with walking my Ds1 into and home from school with my other two in the double pram and doing 30 mins of light cardio exercises daily.. when I get the all clear from doc Ill add in tabata training and weights again.
Sounds great to have and give other mums support
