Default "Elefun" butterfly-catching or similar game?

Does anybody have this? I'm reading such conflicting reviews on the internet I'm not sure whether to get this for my almost 3 year old or not. He loves the ball popper we have but he's really getting too old for it. I was hoping he would enjoy catching slow falling butterflies with the little nets but the reviews say it's too hard to do that and the little butterflies drop to the ground, and they don't shoot out of the elephant very well in the first place.

What are your thoughts? Or any other recommendations for similar games for a 3 year old? Thanks heaps!

We picked one up second hand at our op shop, and almost 4 yr old loves it!

It is a little too difficult for my 2.5 yr old still.

We just got it for our 2.5yr old dd and she loves it. Most of the time she just runs around and tries to catch them with her hands 😄
