    Question Leap Frog Tag

Does anyone know whether the Leap Frog Tag books are compatible with the Leap Frog Tag Junior device?

Nope they're not - we tried loading them once (by accident - multiple devices means confusion for this technophobe lol) and it didn't like it - the requirements of the Tag are much 'finer' than the Tag Junior (with both games and language side of things)...and of course they want your $'s

April - we LOVE ours in this household - definitely well worth the investment (especially since the new devices hold 10 books - the old ones with 5 meant that we had far more parent input with DD as she constantly wanted to swap books over)....they are very well utilised and we take them everywhere if we need the kids to be distracted for a while - love them

Bugger! We love our Tag too, we only have the junior which we got for my eldest 2 years ago(when he was 3) and he and his brother still love it (now 5 and 3yrs) But 5yr old is getting a bit bored of the juinor books and I saw they have them on sale at the toysales so was going to get them each a couple more but wasn't sure if they would be compatible!

Looks like Mr 5yr old will be getting the Leap Tag for xmas too Glad to hear the new ones can hold 5 books now too! Thanks for that amadaw

lol...might need two!! We had to upgrade really quickly to both kids to the Tag when our DS realised what it could do (he was nearly 3)...the junior just didn't cut the mustard in comparison!
