Default My twins are still so tiny!!!

    Anyone have really tiny twins.
Ok I admit I'm only 5 feet myself. Haha. My twins are about 75 cms and weigh around 8-8.5 kilos. And are 20 months ! 6 weeks early.
    Just worry they won't grow!
They eat ok! Of course they have their bad days too. But just looking for advice and comfort.
    They were born at 1.7kgs

    Ohh, they are teeny.

Mine are much older but I worry about DD2 at times. Only one of mine is teeny while the other is trying to catch up to her big sister (13yrs) and is even already able to wear some of her clothes. There is such a big difference between my twins now that they don't look like twins at all.

I have seen many Year 1 kids taller than DD2 who is in Year 3. But my sister is only 5ft1 and my grandma was only 4ft9!

I posted the same question a little while ago, I wouldn't be too worried.
My DD's were 35 weekers and were 1.5 and 1.8 kilos.

Now at 3 they are only 12 kilos. At 20 months they were mostly in size 0 clothing.

Hey. Thanks loads. After reading your comments, makes me feel slightly better. What do doctors say. Mine say not to worry but I can't help that right. Development wise they are good. Caught up to normal 20m babies. They walk, talk a little too. It's good. But so tiny!!!

My DD is almost 28 months and only 9.6kg. As long as the Dr is happy try not to stress. Its hard though!

I don't think you need to worry too much I know a lot of babies/toddlers that parents worry are smaller and they are all fine. If you DR is happy then don't worry

My girl isn't small she is almost 11kgs, 81cm approx and 9 mo 3 wks. But I have a very big family, and DP has a very solidly built family. DD isn't chunky at all, she is just tall and a broad structure.

Try not to worry, especially if the doctors aren't concerned.

I have a little shrimp too - DS was only 8kg at 14 months. He was only 1.3kg born (31wks).

I think they're extra cute when they're tiny

Haha. Totally about the cute part!! And much easier to handle considering there are two of them and one lil me. I'm so tiny myself!!
