Every 2 years. My ob did it at Ronan's 6-week check, then exactly 2 years later at Ariene's 6-week check. Makes it easy to keep track of- I'll remember when Ariene's 2, 4, 6 ect...

I have one every 12 months.

I watched my mother die from cevical cancer when I was 15, so in my eyes, no excuse is good enough.

    I've never had one.

At first it was because I didn't want anyone poking around "down there"... but after being induced (and therefore poked-down-there quite often), I'm not longer afraid of that.

One of the major reasons I've never had one is because I don't know ANY doctors that I like...and I'm too poor to afford to PAY someone a heap of money to poke around my vagina.

My old doctor used to try and get me to come in for one after having DD - but she was a b*tch, and so I just avoided going to the doctor in case she tried to give me one. Now she's left...and while I never really liked her anyway, I don't KNOW any of the other doctors enough to let them do it either...besides, one is a bit too rude for my liking, and the other is a NEW doctor...so I don't trust that he's got enough experience to do much other than prescribe basic medicine.

If I could somehow find a decent doctor, who'd bulk bill it for me... and then find someone to watch DD..then yeah, I'd have one.
I've now lost 36kg thanks to the gastric sleeve!

    tut tut ladies!!!!!

Every three months at the moment, I have just had part of my cervix removed due to precancerous cells...........

I used to hate them, they would hurt. But when I nearly hit the roof one time, the Dr actually tilted the ducks bill down a bit, and didn't feel a thing!! I was discussing with the receptionist how I hate them (who helps out in the procedure) and she asked if it was her being there that I was uncomfortable about, to which I replied, I have had three children - that place is no longer sacred any more!!!!
