V and Red Bull

I must admit I was bad during my pregnancy. Had a few Red Bulls, but nothing bad seemed to happen. I consider it as 'bad' as coffee, unless you drink coffee without sugar.

I don't have sugar in coffee. But even with all the sugar and caffeine, it has other chemicals that I would not want to subject my baby to.

I drank red bull religiously before getting pregnant and in the early weeks (im talking 4+ cans a day). My doctor said ONE can is fine. She explained it like this;
2 cans coke
OR
2 cups coffee
OR
1 can coke and 1 cup coffee
OR
1 can red bull

Absolutely no judgement towards the OP.
Red Bull is a veritable poison and should be banned - my humble opinion.
Europe has banned its consumption by children which is a good start.

I have to admit I made my previous comment based just on the issue of caffeine. I don't drink energy drinks and am not aware of the other ingredients.

The other 2 are natural stimulants like caffeine, so in a way it's like 3 cups of coffee iykwim. I drink a small can of sugar free every day and have for years, but I cut them out completely when pg and used berocca.

But when it comes to coffee I was also told by my dr 2 cups a day of instant was more than ok.

I drink mother alit,
Was drinking it daily before ttc Ds,
I CRAVED it SO bad I would gear fob open his can and come running and have a sip.
