    I did it about 3 years ago

    Loved it. I had a really great result and people still ask if Ive had my teeth done as they are white still.
    I havent done the top up gels that you get but plan to soon!

    Its not completely pain free in my experience but I certainly wouldnt say it hurts. Its a wierd sensation as you get further into treatment. They described it to me as an electric zing.... Very true!

    My teeth were sensitive for a few days but no probs since. I will do it again!
