    Default Thermomix owners...

...can anybody tell me the recipe for Hommus that's in the Everyday Cookbook? I have to make it tonight and forgot to get the recipe in my rush to leave for work this morning and I need to pick up the ingredients!

Man, I wish they'd put the EDC recipes in the app!!! I'd have preferred those over the My Way of Cooking cookbook!!!

    2 cloves garlic
    400g can chickpeas
40g lemon juice (use fresh lemon)
    2 tbsp Tahini
    1-2 tbsp oil (optional)
    Salt and petter to taste

Place garlic in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.

Add all other ingredients and mix for up to 1 minute on speed 4 or until desired consistency is achieved. For a coarser dip use 20-30 seconds.

Do you want the variations too?

Nah, that's perfect! I'll make it the "classic" way lol!

Unless you've tried any of the variations and they're much better?

I'm not a fan of hummus so I've never made it!
