Default 17 month old waking through the night`

My 17 month old is constantly waking through the night lately, she goes to sleep at 7 and from around 11-12 will start waking either 2-3 times on a good night or hourly on a bad night till 5.30 when she has a bottle and goes back till 8.
Her day sleep is from 12 to either 2 or 3.
When she wakes up during the night she calls out mummy mummy in a crying/whingy voice until i go in there all I have to do is fix her blankets up, sometimes they are off, most often not so im not sure exactly why shes waking??!!
Shes not hungry/cold/hot. She did have 4 teeth come through last week but she is worse this week then last.
    Any suggestions?!?!

There is an 18 month sleep regression. I'm not sure that there is much that can be done other than wait it out.

DS has completely forgotten how to self settle so I'm back to feeding him to sleep. Sigh.
