    hang in there. after 48 hrs the nicotine actually leaves your system so after that it is pure psychological. i know it's one of the hardest things but that helped me. i've done it twice - first time i quite pregnant with my son but started smoking again about 2 yrs later when some family drama happened.
    second time was over 2 years ago - not long after i fell pregnant with my daughter and i know i will never smoke again.
