    Default Veggie gardens.

I'm going to start up a veggie garden in an attempt to reduce our grocery shop. And was just wondering what grows this time of the year? I live in northern NSW. So just wondering what people have in there garden at the moment?

now is a great time for broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, peas and broad beans.
come spring, tomatoes, capsicums, zucchini, carrots, herbs, lettuce, cucumbers.
summer is for corn, more tomatoes, chillies, some herbs, lettuce etc.
i like to let my garden sit in autumn to rest and rebuild the worms etc.
seasol and fertiliser made from carp goldfish (feral in south australia) works a treat!

We have a great vegie garden, I live in a different climate to you so what we can grow at this time of year differs. I buy the Burkes Backyard magazine every month, it has some great tips and tells you what you can plant each month in your area
