Default 30 weeks- cramping and pain

So I have hit the 30 week mark after a breeze easy pregnancy and descending upon me is this completely new bunch of 'symptoms'.

Can you guys please reassure me that it is all normal and that everyone is going through the same stuff Any tips are welcome also.

Cramping down their, almost like constipation but it can't be coz I am regular. Pressure sometimes too, like I have a rock melon sitting on my pelvic floor (or something).

Horrible burning/stabbing rib pain under my right b00b, which some times sneaks to the side and back too.

Awful pain in what seems like my left hip/back joint, which makes me limp- especially in the evenings.

And if I bend over, sometimes I feel nauseous for a few minutes.

Help me!! I am so upset and terrified by all this in only a week.

It all sounds completely normal to me the end of pregnancy can be a real b!itch if you ask me! I have every single pain and.annoyance that you have mentioned here! I think the leg thing where it makes you limp could possibly be baby laying on a nerve, I Get this too

Yep sounds pretty normal, could be baby moving around and sitting awkwardly, braxton hicks etc..

if in doubt and you are really worried ask your doctor.

but yeah the end of a pregnancy can be just as a b**** as the beginning for some people

They all sound like the usual aches and pains. Having said that any pains up under ribs on right should be reported if you have had a sudden increase in swelling and have breathlessness/ constant headache (you will feel very unwell with it). Otherwise it is likely to be a thoracic spine stiffness/ribs widening pain. The back pain is from the loosening pelvis and you sound like you have reflux when you bend over. I have all of these and I am 31 weeks pregnant.
