We have a separate bath & shower in the main bathroom. Ensuite just has a shower (double size but needs another shower head IMO). I don't mind a shower over bath set up in the main bathroom as long as its a large bath with a detachable shower head and glass doors. We won't have a bath in the ensuite when we build as hubby and I only shower but the shower will have 2 heads. We would have an outside spa/jacuzzi though
