Default 20 weeks and feeling really sick??

Omg I am so ill. I can feel my heart pumping through my chest, I have a massive headache, i'm really light headed and my eyes hurt. I rang to speak to my ob or midwife and no one is available :-/
What do I do? I don't want to go to our emergency dept at the local hospital because they are useless and will prob just send me home ;-(

Sounds like you need hospital. Can you visit a GP if you don't feel you can go to hospy?

I agree, I think you should go to the hospital to get checked at the very least. Heart pounding, headache and eye pain suggests to me maybe BP issues and as someone who had BP issues in pregnancy I think it is def better to be on the safe side and get it looked at just in case.
