Default Lunch ideas for 11 month old

I'm hoping I can get a few lunch ideas for my 11 month old dd.
I'm currently 10 weeks preg and had a constant cold, so I haven't had a lot of energy lately and poor dd is suffering.
She's been getting quite a few avo and vegemite sandwiches, and am feeling really terrible about this!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

My little man is 7 months old and he always has leftovers from our dinner for lunch because he goes to bed before we have dinner

Eggs, make a omelette or egg pancake with whatever you have on hand- tomatoes, cheese, basil , olives etc quick easy and healthy! Or I make up a big batch of nuggets or fish cakes or meatballs and freeze for days when I don't have time ( or now energy!) to make lunch

I'm 10 weeks too and DS is 13 months.

I'm going big on fruit for him because it's so easy lol.

His usual lunch is something like:

    Banana
    Handful of grapes
    Apple
    Yoghurt sachet

    Or

Some leftover sausage/rissoles/meatballs from dinner the night before
    Tomato
    Cucumber
    Mandarin

It's all easy to just chop and serve

Oh those ideas sound so easy, but nutritious. And that's what I need right now! 😊

Great thread! I am also looking for more ideas. At the moment some of my DD favourites are:

    - cream cheese or banana sandwiches
    - meatballs or chicken strips with steamed veggies
    - avocado on toast
    - boiled egg cut in quarters

Also forgot to mention that I make up batches of banana/blueberry/corn/tuna piklets.
I just use plain pancake batter (no sugar)
Then freeze in bunches of four.

I also make batches of mini quiches in a cupcake tin.

These are great for snacks too and one batch lasts a month or so depending on how often I don't feel like cooking or preparing, and end up giving them to him lol

A few days a week i give our DD wholemeal crackers, a selection of fruit diced ( grapes, apple, pear, orange etc) and a few cheese cubes all in a little bowl and she picks away at it all
