Default What do you call your LO's bits?

Me and dh are trying to come up with a word to call dds vagina.

Can you please share what you call it?

Otherwise dh is gonna call it butterfly which sounds a bit too fairytale to me!

a vagina for the inside and vulva for the outer part.

beryl says gina for the whole lot. agnes uses vagina and vulva.

    ronald says penis and testicles.

It's called a vulva - the vagina is the inside bit

We call our 'bits' by their correct names

With our oldest we use proper names.

With the other one, well she came up with her own names and refers to her vagina as 'leaky'. We wanted to use proper names and she knows them but still says 'this is my leaky'.

Vagina. I am aware there are individual parts but vagina simply describes the entire genital region.

I don't understand the desire to cutesy it up.

"Uncle touched my butterfly," isn't going to get the correct message across in case of child abuse. Replacing butterfly with vagina will appropriately worry any adult who hears it though.

My girls use the correct names. And the same for other parts of their bodies, elbow, leg, foot etc
Why do you want to make up a name for a body part? Not having a go, just curious
