Question How did you buy your Iphone?

Seems so many people have Iphones now. Im just wondering how did you buy it?

Are you on a contract and if so who with?
Did you just buy it outright?
Oh and what size did you get?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm on a contract with Optus. My last iPhone I was with Vodafone. Both times I've had the 16gig.

Mine was 'free' on a $29/month 24 month contract with Optus.

You can pick them up for under $400 outright though (3GS).

I am with Telstra (because of coverage where we live). On contract for 24 months, I've had mine for 8 months so far. Mine is an iPhone 4S 32GB. I didn't give into having a smartphone until 8 months ago, now I wonder what I did without it

I bought mine outright. Managed to find a brand new iPhone 4 16gb someone was selling on an auction site. This was over a year and a half ago and it was $480. Scored a bargain!

Contract with virgin. The $29 plan with the handset fee is just under $50 a month for 24 months. I dont use my phone enough to warrant a bigger plan.

    I have the 16gb iPhone s.

DHs and my iphone 4's were free on a $49 plan from Telstra.
We bought FIL an iPhone 3 a few months back, outright off eBay, it was $300 brand new

Ever since our first ones which we got through contracts we have bought outright. Apple service is so much better than Vodafone or Telstra when there are problems.

I have a 32gb 4s. I realised after buying it I really only wanted 16gb as that is what I had previously, but the 32gb was the mid range storage option and I assumed it was the same as my old one.
