Default Antenatal yoga in Rockingham area

Hi All. I'm looking to start doing some yoga & I'm 14 wks pregnant so wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in the rocko area that's a bit more specific for pregnancy. There's a port Kennedy place in the directory but the ph number doesn't work. Thanks!

I've been doing yoga for the past couple of years with a guy called Kim White - he's awesome. With my last pregnancy I was going to his classes up until 38 weeks - still doing handstands at 35 weeks!! He doesn't do antenatal yoga (I couldn't find any classes specifically for pregnancy in R'ham) but he's really good at guiding each student through what poses they can do or need to adjust depending on the individual. Check out his website for times & places - I can't recommend him highly enough

Default YOGA for Mum's to Be

    Hi

I am 14-15 weeks and looking for yoga classes that I can do for as long as possible throughout my pregnancy. I am in Warnbro. Would love anyone to send a recommendation for a good place to go.
Previously lived in Fremantle and had a wonderful instructor, but am working f/t and unable to fit in the extra travel atm.

I would love to know places, instructors, times, and costs please.

    Thank you :-)

See my post above - he used to do a class in Port kennedy but now it's in Safety Bay. Also Rockingham or Mandurah. AWESOME teacher
