    Default 'Cuppa' soups without MSG

I know it's not nutritious, but my nauseous belly wants salty things right now, and cuppa soup is a handy caffeinated beverage substitute. Most cuppa soup brands I've checked out have MSG.

Does anyone know a brand without MSG?

its not a 'cuppa' soup as such
but the la zuppa soups (tinned soups) don't have msg - nor do campbells from what i can tell. (although i go for la zuppa, cause they have no ickies at all, and they're yummy )

good luck finding something that works for you!

Just remember anything with E-620-to - E625 will contain MSG as does anything containing yeast or yeast extract or anything hydrolized so read the labels!

The gluten free ones in the health food section at woolies and coles tend not to have msg or anyt artifical things in them either, plus no gluten. Bonus;-)
