That sounds like an awesome Idea Nomie! So good to be able to have that kind of cooperation and flexibility!

LRA, no, older seats would be fine if they havent been in an accident, but they would be weight based, and you would just need to go by that. It will be either 9kgs or 12kgs RF. They can still be used

I do believe theres a reccomendation (not sure if its law, i dont *think* so) that seats older than 10yrs shouldnt be used for safety reasons. But if its only a few years old then it wouldnt be an issue! The seat we currently have for DS in my DFs car is a 2008/09 one, not 100% sure. We had it for his other children (my step children) but it was only used a few times!

Disney, I find its brought us together and pushed us apart at the same time, in different areas of our R/ship. Snuggle time wit DF is sometimes interupted by a crying DS who then sleeps in our bed from when he wakes (anytime from midnight-4am usually) until he gets up around 8.

I find we do try and spend time together as a family, even if its just a morning doing errands and shopping, or an arvo at the beach or park.

I LOVE being a mum, and love my DS to bits, but i get really annoyed when DF takes off to visit mates and leaves me at home alone with bub ALL the time for hours on end. Its great he has a social life, but he has NEVER once looked after bub on his own. Although i am very picky with who DS stays with. He has only EVER been left with my mum.

So it has its ups n downs.....for me anyway.

Well things are starting to feel a lot more 'real' here! I bought a tonne of herbs/supplements which are meant to help with PCOS and hormone probs. Most say they need a couple of months to take effect. Hoping that they work! Some of them taste just awful. Figure it'd be great if we could conceive without having to do the fertility specialist. Just wish my weight was dropping a lot quicker. I'm working hard, but it's not always showing on the scale!!

blergh! hey everyone im back. I ended up getting my bfp on a FRER last week, but started spotting on tuesday, and it just got heavier today tested with a FRER and it was pretty much negative. Blood tests confirm my levels yesterday were only 2 shouldve been wayyy higher & my emergency scan showed nothing in or outside of uterus. so am thinking chemical pregnancy and the embryo wasnt strong enough to stick

doctor has told me that im right to keep TTCing, so fingers crossed we will get our sticky number 4 soon Soldier on, right?!

Gosh. I'm having a bad day. So excuse my little vent.
I was trying to plan some wedding stuff this morning and all of a sudden I just felt massively overwhelmed and stressed. It really hit me and I started bawling. I don't know why? The wedding planning hasn't been a huge deal at all and then suddenly it's three months away. :/
I'm meant to be going with the boys to get their suits this afternoon. So not in the mood. I just wish it was January, and we were already married in Fiji...

Boy crazy, I'm so sorry babe. At least you can try again straight away. Sending you lots of baby dust and fx for a sticky one soon.

Nomie- vent away darl. These things can be stressful. It may be easy to start with but as they get closer I think you probs feel more pressure to make it perfect. Just relax and it will all come together.

Boy Crazy - oh I'm so sorry that's really sad, I hope the next one is a sticky for you!

Nomie - I had an epic meltdown for no reason as well 3 months out from my wedding. It was all so overwhelming, my sister took over from there and did everything so I was especially lucky. Let us know if you need any advice or help!

Hamij - some vitamins taste so feral I can't even get them down. Even the smell makes me gag. I saw how huge the pregnancy vitamins are and I started dry retching, I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to swallow them especially if I have morning sickness!! I hope you don't have the same issues. Good luck on your weight loss journey, it can take a little bit for the results to show up on scale and then bam you will drop quite a bit quickly!

There is nothing new from my end ladies, just counting down the days till Christmas and my holiday in November! I hope everyone is well. Oh I did go into mothercare today and looked at a few bits and pieces.. There was this room egg temperature thing that looked really handy, my dh also said he likes the white furniture (yay me too) and also commented on this super cute monkey bedding set. So that all made my uterus glow

Lol Disney, I misread what you said and thought you said 'So that all made my uterus grow'
    I had a giggle!
I'm new on here and TTC right now, but I just thought I'd pop in and say Hi and goodluck for 2013

BoyCrazy- It sucks to hear that, dont give up I'm sure it'll all happen for you!
