Default what moisturiser do you use?

i am feeling old and haggard (i am 37) and my skin looks dull with dark circles under my eyes
i am not expecting a new moisturiser to miraculously make me look 10 years younger but it might give me back a bit of 'sparkle' maybe..
which moisturiser do you use and does it make a difference to your skin?

    TIA!

I use pure jojoba oil. It's amazing. I have rosacea, though, so most stuff makes my skin worse.

I'm only 23, so not buying expensive wonder moisturisers(yet). I use Johnsons holiday skin as an all over moisturiser, it keeps my skin hydrated and gives me a nice natural looking glow. On my face I use Nivea anti-wrinkle eye cream and Nivea firming daycream. Can't really say if it's helping me age well, I take pretty good care of my skin so I always have fresh/smooth looking skin. But they are both light non greasy moistrisers that aren't over priced and seem to be doing the trick lol.

My mum uses the Olay total effects range, we brought it for her for Christmas last year as she was complaining about her skin and is has helped so much, her skin looks more fresh and her wrinkles aren't half as noticeable as they were. They are a bit more expensive then others but work great.

I use Clarins Hydra Quench with SPF15 and I love it, it's great for all year round. It's moisturising but doesn't leave ur skin feeling greasy.

Try a salon brand. Thalgo is amazing and have many different types for various skin types and conditions.

Book a facial and the therapist should be able to tell you which would work best for you and why.

ASAP is another awesome brand. I had their soothing gel infused into my face yesterday and it felt incredible. It's a salon brand too but generally much cheaper than thalgo

I use Clinique products - bit exxy but you can get them suited to your specific skin type/ skin problems as opposed to a generic!

Highly recommend booking in a consult to find out whats best for you!

OP, I am the same age as you and I am currently using BLISS products, 'The Youth as we know it' ones. I have the moisturising facial serum, eye cream (awesome for dark circles), cleanser and the night cream. Look up Bliss if you don't know the products, they are awesome! My skin is so thirsty at the best of times and I love that their moisture creams aren't greasy like a lot can be, so you can happily wear them to bed. I definitely have seen an improvement in my skin's hydration since using them. They also have a triple oxygen face mask wash which is equally divine and effective.

I have also been using Lancome's Visionairre facial serum, however for it's price, I dont think it's anywhere near as good as the Bliss ones.

I actually use Nivea. Both the very dry skin one and the hydration one. When I don't use Nivea my skin goes dry, patchy and horrible. Twice a day I wash my face and apply the cream, in the night wash I put a thicker layer of the cream on and go to bed. Next morning very smooth skin

I find that Nivea isn't greasy, and I hate greasy creams. When I do the routine I don't get pimples, blotches or anything.
