    I found a lot of the info via Googling NRAS or National Rent Affordability Scheme. There is an estimator to determine eligibility and the application form. To view the properties you can keyword search NRAS in www.realestate.com.au

    For Victoria there isn't a website like we have in QLD with the information about NRAS and to find properties you have to contact the property managers directly. Here is a link to the organisations that have NRAS rentals VIC and the areas that their houses are located.
