What I find helps me us to not let myself get too hungry - then I over eat and will eat whatever I get my hands on...

Prepare some snacks such as bran and berry muffins, yoghurt etc that you can easily grab (I know a PP said the opposite but if I get a tiny bit hungry I get shaky and light headed and rampage through the kitchen!).

I also can't go without anything sweet at all (maybe a later goal!). I make a batch of bliss balls or energy balls that I can enjoy with a cuppa.
