Default What do you cook on your BBQ?

I need some ideas I am planning a BBQ and want something more interesting than chops and sausages with green salad!

I would love to hear what you cook & serve at a BBQ.

Fish with whatever 'flavours' you want on it. We wrap it in foil

Marinated chicken pieces or the chicken kebab sticks

    We are vegans so
Veggie burgers (I make chili sweet potato and corn or chickpea and pumpkin. Sometimes both or something completely different. Lol)
Grilled onion, mushroom, tomato and potato chips.

If we are having a "doo" I usually will do a whole heap of grill veggies and make hash browns and veggie chips too.

I have a few seitan "sausages" recipes I want to try out when I can be bothered

We have garden salad, salsa and cous cous too, sometimes jacket potatoes cooked on the BBQ.

Usually some marinated spare ribs, chicken and veg (mushroom, capsicum, onion, pineapple) skewers. Mini drummies and wings for the kids in a kid friendly marinade I make. Salads are usually just greek and potato salad. All depends who and how many are coming for the BBQ.

Just about all our meat is cooked on the BBQ.

At our BBQ's, we usually do some form of red meat, chicken mince patties or chicken kebabs and sausages. It is usually served with Wombok, homemade fried rice, potato and pumpkin bake and a green salad. (rocket, parmesan, pinenuts, sundried tomatoes, olives and then dressing).

We do roasts with veg and potato bake if we're having lots of people over. Also chicken burgers, garlic or chilli prawns, homemade pizzas.
