I do agree. The secret to weight loss and getting fit is.... there is no secret but good diet and hard work. As someone that regularly attends the gym, I also hate these fad programs which make out it easy if you jsut follow ab and c.

No it's not easy you have to give up all the sweets and carbs. You have to sweat your heart out at the gym, lift a *lot* of weights to get the muscle. It's bloody hard work.

Grammar isn't a personal view like a body shape, there's a right and wrong answer.
It's also just a show of professionalism that the material you distribute is proof read and edited. I couldn't care less if a personal trainer doesn't write well, it's not what I pay them for; however if she's charging that much money for a PDF, I find it offensive that she doesn't pay someone to tidy it up and make it presentable.

Bahaha. I should have sent in a picture of my dinner last night which was pretty much this, except a mountain of mashed potato. But I can't even claim to be skinny fat, I'm just one of those unsightly fat-fat people.

So she isn't qualified? I read somewhere that the forum you pay to get into has already got 12,000 people on it? Is that true? Times that by the once off $49 fee and the thousands paying for her "personal training" up in QLD (high fees for a massive group session if you ask me!) - she isn't just laughing all the way to the surgeon, she is making as much as her surgeon! Gotta hand it to her...

Yep she's a smart business woman... and it's a $49 join up fee for it then a monthly amount for the classes, and it's $69 for the PDF file. So she'd be making a fortune.

At my gym it's $58 a month for unlimited Les Mills classes with a REAL trainer. So you could do 5 a day if you wanted. Plus membership to the gym itself, 24 hour access.

Its $70 isn't it? $50 per month for group PT sessions. The 'forum' is just a Facebook group that's made private.
