I saw the same the facebook entry today you are talking about. I found it horrible asking women to coment on what they prefer. I also agree the photos shown are unattainable for the average woman to achieve.

There was actually a big uproar in her forum where someone pointed out that the plan is nothing but common sense. It seriously is, there is nothing new or amazing in it, its just the same old crap in every other diet plan.

And she is laughing all the way to the bank. Its not her putting together all these cookbooks, its the people on the forum who paid for it!

Its possible if you follow her plan of excessive exercise, eliminating ALL fats and sugars and basically living on lettuce. Oh wait, lettuce is too full of sugar apparently its meant to be replaced with spinach

Screw that. I thought it was do-able until I read the "no alcohol" clause.
