Default Kindy feedback - South Pine Kindy or Strathpine Kindy?

    Hi

We are moving to Brisbane next year and have DD2 down on the wait list for South Pine Kindergarten and Strathpine Kindergarten.

We will not be there by the time they offer placements so I can't go for a tour or a look, so was hoping there were some parents here who may have some feedback on experiences at either of these kindys to help me to make a choice!

    Thanks

    Default Strathpine Kindy

    Hi

My four year old currently goes to Strathpine Kindy at the end of the week (5 day fortnight at the end of the week for $153). He'd never been to day care and has adjusted really well to the environment. He looks forward to attending every week!

His teachers provide us a newsletter every week to let us know what the children have been doing, and there is also a calendar in which parents/carers can nominate to attend a kindy day and participate in that days program to see what their kids do!

The layout of the premises is nice and cosy for the kids. They have a facebook page and website that provides some photos of their facilities. The other thing I like about them, is they are affilitated with C&K who have their own government approved kindergarten program C&K Building Waterfalls.

I would recommend them to anyone and have my 7 month old already on the waiting list!

Oh thank you! We ended up going with South Pine Kindy as their start and finish time work better with school pick up and drop off and was also closer to home and school.

She is two terms in now and is loving South Pine Kindy.
