Default What are your thoughts on....

    These names?

Boy: Quincy - Quinn for short? no idea on second name that suits.
Girl: Suzannah Kate (but not sure if it suits our other children's names) girls are our hardest. We like really beautiful girly names but not common. I loved Xanthe but feel its getting to common.

Both dh and I have decided to start ttc again after a big year of an early m/c and moving 1400kms. We have finally settled and ourselves and the 2 children we already have are happy. Life is grand.

Tonight dh and I were having a discussion on names. We took forever choosing dd's name so are wanting to start deciding names early.

    So honest answers please.

We like unusual names but not made up names, we also like normal middle names incase they want an easy normal kind of name later in life.

    Our children's names are...

ds = Urich Zane (ch - pronounced k) Uri for short
    dd = Amity Isla-Ann, Am-me for short
    surname T_ _ _ _ing_ _ _

Oh and I love some of the biblical names to as there are some unusual ones. Love to hear some ideas too

I know way a head of myself but seriously after all the trouble with dd's name I couldn't handle it again. lol. And finally my cycles have gone back to normal after our m/c in dec

    TIA

Dh came up with it. Its a name I have heard before but along time ago and not sure where (perhaps a movie?) honestly I am not sure. But we both loved it straight away. Is it your childs name? Dh likes it for a girl aswell and I don't mind it but not inlove with it as much as I am with it being for a boy. Do you have any second names that you could suggest? Terribly stuck there. lol

lol just asked dh and he too can't remember where he heard it from lol. It sort of just rolled off his tongue haha.

I prefer Quinn over quincy and isn't it a unisex name?

    Is xanthe really becoming popular?

My Ds is indeed Quincy lol, Quinn for short.

I didn't realise where I heard it from

    Quincy -
A character in the anime bleach
    A singer Quincy jones
The dark boy on little Einsteins on nick junior
    I *think*does sliders and Quincy M.E lol

    Ds is Quincy Nikolas.

    We originally picked Quinn Landon.
Or Quincy Alejandro and Quincy Nathan (after a friend who died)

Wow Nemmi. I love your taste in names

I really like the name and hadn't ever thought about it till last night. Middle names are hard to decide with the name though i think because of the Q and N. I think a middle name starting with N is prob the best way to go. Love your choice.

    Thanks for sharing.
