My bub had terrible wind (from the bottom end) always has and now her poos are getting runny so I was thinking of trying her on karicare soy (she is currently on regular karicare)is it ok to just switch to soy?

Have you tried a lactose free version? Also have you seen a paed? It may be good idea just to check it is just a lactose or cows milk protein intolerance. How old is your bub?
