I had a massive bleed at 14 weeks, then kept bleeding on/off till 19 weeks. DD was completely unbothered by it and I had numerous scans and check ups. I only allowed white toilet paper in my house after that, I was sick of wondering when I wiped if it was blood or decorative print.

I had a bleed at 11wks 4days with DD - I was cooking dinner and felt wetness and blood was pooling on the floor... very happy to say she is still here today after I bleed for 9hours, about 8 pads later, a internal check - was told she was gone and to come back tomorrow for a check to see if any 'retained' product remained... and there was a dancing baby on the screen.
