Oh and yes, if I were to compare Big W with Target on big items, Target has done poorly this time.
A shame we don't have a Toys R Us here. We only have Target, Kmart and Big W

I know, it's smart marketing to do it during the hols but it still is a pain, not so much money wise, mine have their pocket money to spend but I do want to surprise them with the presents for their bday.
I will see, it's not such a huge savings on Skylanders, so if I can't get them for the sales price, I can always pay full price and the wall tracks for DS 2, his bday isn' til Nov. and by then they will have the christmas sales out.

Mine just hate going to the shops, regardless if its for toys or not and Ds 1 isn 't all that good with crowds, so we generally leave it and get stuff outside the sales or the next day when the crowd is gone.

Do people actually give little tots iPads and iPods?
Yes they do lol. My 2 year old uses my iPhone all the time. Theres some great apps for toddlers and it makes life a lot easier when we are waiting in the drs etc... I don't think I would buy one of those tho due because it would be annoying taking it in and out all the time.

I know 7 year olds with their own ipads!

I have the apptivity case an pot the iPod in there for my 2yr old. We have a lot of hospital appointments that drag on for hours so it's loaded up with wiggles and ITNG and heaps of learning apps to keep him busy.

Oh your all giving me ideas for things we will still need to get. Most of all we are after the Stokke Xplory, however due to the prices we are waiting until we find one on super duper sale.

We'll buy a hipod reversible car seat from target and maybe some new toys like walker, laptop, mega bloks from big w. Love the cosy coupes too but don't think we can afford all of them
