    I hate it when I hear people say 6am in the morning (or similar times). I've heard it a few times on the radio and it drives me mad .

    Also when people call it an ATM machine.

    i can't stand "sex in the city" instead of "sex and the city"….not sure why as i don't even watch the show.

    anythink instead of anything - not a quote but rather a word…still annoying to hear it though.

    Probably the funniest word I have heard is a hairdressers telling me my hair looked "dramastic" ….the love child or drastic and dramatic I suppose.

    I have a friend who says throfy. It's Frothy!! All her kids say it too (all 4 of them)... Grrr
