    Good luck but no sorry, with a Ds with croup and running on 5 hours highly broken sleep lack of coffee would kill me.

    I gave it up for a few days recently due to health. Never again. I was not pleasant to be around, and had to apologise to a few people for being so short-tempered :/ good luck, but not for me.

    I recently quit , got headaches for a few days and now I feel great. I was having troubles sleeping..

    Maybelline - I think it's making me a bit shaky and sort of jittery inside.

    I'm having a bit of trouble getting into deep sleep at night too, so I figure it is worth a shot.

    Also, it puts stress on your adrenal system and can make tiredness a lot worse.

    daysta - that is impressive! Well done.

    Day 1 of no coffee for me today. I do have a yummy selection of herbal teas on standby though.
