Default Does anyone want to quit coffee with me?

I have decided the time has come to stop drinking coffee *sniff*

I only have 1 - 2 a day, but I just know it isn't agreeing with me and that I will be healthier without it.... so I'm going to have my last cup this morning.

At least for a couple of months anyway and then I'll reassess.

It's ridiculously hard for me to do, which shows me I probably shouldn't be drinking it in the first place!

    Anyone else?

You can do it, once you get past the first couple days it is fine. I quit coffee a few weeks ago, it wasn't planned but my coffee machine broke so i just haven't had coffee. Honestly i am fine without it now and strangely enough i feel more awake.
You may get some withdrawal headaches in the first few days but it will pass.
    Good luck.

I'm doing this right now, I stopped getting my daily bought coffee cause it's really strong and I've been having 1 instant, now I'm only having half strength and hopefully I'll cut that out completely. I love coffee so it's been hard for me.

That's what I'm hoping for too. The more awake bit that is. Just got to get through the first few days.

Mmmm, just made myself my last coffee. I think I am going to miss the routine of it as much as anything!
