Default Pram/stroller for taking kids on an outing

I'm looking for a pram or stroller for either a 1 year old or 3 year old (will carry one) to get from the car to the library then back twice a week. Once we are in they will both be out. Something cheap, I just don't want them both out in that car park at those times, people are crazy drivers.

Just get one of the $20 ones from big w or Target. The handles are really low, so they are annoying to push for too long, and they don't recline and don't have any storage, but it sounds like one would be perfect for what you need.

They looked really uncomfortable, but the distance is no more than the average maccas car park.

If you only want it for one child I would buy a cheap on or a second hand one. Phil & Ted would be good if you wanted to put both in there. You can pick up a second hand one for under $200

If you want something more comfortable Target has one on sale at the moment for $59 saving $40. It looks quite comfy and it reclines.
