Is it even possible?? My 3 month old is showing signs of teething already?! Can it be,? Or maybe something else?

Yeah could be. My son has been dribbling heaps, sore gums etc since 3 months but none coming up yet (4.5 months).. Couple of times i thought i could feel the tooth at night, but gone again in the morning.

some kids are born with teeth!

My DS is almost 3 months and seems to be as well, lots of drool and I think feeding is hurting his gums.

Its possible for sure. Although my son showed every single teething sign out there at 3 months and only cut his first tooth at 7 or so months!

My DD is 3 months and is exactly the same! Drooling HEAPS and constantly sucking/biting on her fist. She has also been more cranky than usual
