Best of luck with the RLT and currys Im sure you've already read these too but they say also pinapple, walking, lunges, lower back and ankle massages and of course sex!

Fun fact: The gel they use to soften your cervix in an induction has some of the same properties as sperm! So Ive heard sex is one of the most effective ways! Also cuddling can release labour enducing hormones and nipple stimulation is supposedly effective too.

I will probably get to that induce myself stage in the next couple of weeks haha, I think everyone pretty much has had enough by about 38 weeks!

Urrrgh yes heartburn has been shocking! Mine started at about 20 weeks. I Have been taking a lot of mylanta. Ive been sleeping in the spare bed so I dont wake poor DP with my constant tossing and turning, trying to get in a comfortable position. I finish work at the end of this week, thank god! Does anyone know if something stronger than panadol can be taken for back ache??

I haven't found anything else Iv been only taking Panadol which honestly isn't enough! You could get a prescription for panadine forte that's ok to take if it's really bad they gave me that at the start but I found it was sore too often to take it that much

Yeah I'm feeling my butt has felt the need to create extra cushin for all the weight I feel massive every one says oh your just a bump it's so compact!
Iv gone from about 55kg to almost 70kg.... I'm not feeling so compact!!

DF is asleep next to me he starts work at 2am so I should be nice but honestly I'm so uncomfortable and tired right now I want to wake him up just because I have to be awake now lol it's not fair!

I'm drinking a glass of cordial right now...even though I know it's going to kill me tonight with the constant peeing. i keep trying not to drink liquids after 6pm but what am I supposed to do, die of thirst?!

I'm using TUMS chewable for my heartburn.. currently chomping through the max a mount allowed per day and still have it!

As for something stronger than panadol, I take a couple of panadeine (over the counter) with codeine in it for strong pain.

And hiccups! I didn't notice it with my first pregnancy, but this little monkey has them a few times a day, right now in fact! So cute :-)

Liquids are defiantly my devil, I can't stop drinking I know it is only making everything worse for me but any ice cold drink I'll basically scull it down one after another I'm easily drinking more water than I should ATM its 2am and I'm drinking ice cold milo lol
