    Default Any tips for helping with the flu while pregnant?

    I have a terrible bug like flu thing atm. I need advice for ways to relieve the pain, tiredness, headaches etc. super over the counter type things included, but hope to do it without heading to GP. this is day 3 and 19mo just went to work with Daddy as I cannot get out of bed. Any tips would be lovely!!

    Panadol, hot lemon & honey drinks, vitamin C, orange juice and lots of rest. Make sure to keep yourself hydrated.

    Also if you have a cough you can make a natural cough mixture with garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar. Worked for me when I was pregnant.

    Aw you poor thing! Lots of rest, sip water when you can, my ob told me to take panadol or panadeine if I was too achy and sore. Unfortunately only time will fix you! Hope you feel better soon.
