    I always chop up organic garlic (not the nasty Chinese stuff sold in supermarkets) really finely and eat it raw when I have a cold. Also make tea with ginger and lemon and have lots of raw organic honey (but don't add it to the tea as honey is toxic when heated). I also have heaps of spirulina, vegetable juices and vitamin c. My colds are only ever minor and only last 2 or 3 days max.
